We handle both the electronic images and original paper documents. Electronic documents are stored in our hosted document management system, EDM online. Users can search for and retrieve images online, or documents can be displayed automatically in the context of a business process.

Because we host the document management system, you can access it securely from any part of your organisation, or provide restricted access to third parties such as customers, suppliers or auditors.

Once paper documents have been scanned we can store them until you authorise their secure destruction, be that after weeks, months or years. EDM Group has its own shredding facilities to ensure that all documents are tracked from arrival to destruction and kept secure throughout. A destruction certificate is issued for each box of documents destroyed to complete the audit trail.
