We can generate and send paper and electronic communications via EDM Printroom. At various steps in a business process it may be necessary to send correspondence to a third party either automatically or by selecting the appropriate template and even editing the content.

EDM Correspondence Generator manages your letter and email templates including variables which should be merged with business data such as customer names and address etc. Output is generated by merging the XML template with business data and an output template which controls style, layout and logos.

The output is automatically stored in EDM online to keep a record of all outgoing correspondence. It can then be sent as an email or a PDF attached to an email, or as a printed letter with inserts such as leaflets or brochures. For existing customers or contacts where secure access can be set up, we can also provide a portal where the recipient can log on to access their correspondence now and into the future resulting in truly paperless communication.
