We can receive all types of communication, post, faxes, document, web transactions and email. The key to efficiency is enabling you to process a communication in the same way, regardless of the channel by which it was received. If it is a non-digital document such as post or fax, we capture it to make it digital. Electronic communications such as Web and Email go straight through to be processed.

EDM Mailroom can process any volume from a few thousand to tens of thousands of documents each month. Typically our clients redirect their post to us using a PO Box either for their entire operation or a specific business area. We can also maintain multiple fax in-boxes.

On the Web we can either receive submissions from your existing website, or we can build and host specific customer or partner interaction forms such as online applications and then automatically process the submissions, integrating with your CRM, Account Management and other systems.
