The EDM Dashboard provides a single interface for operators and managers to receive, prioritise and monitor workload.

For the operator it has a To Do list which delivers work items and can be an individual or team inbox. The Watch List allows a user to track work they have been involved in and for managers give them visibility of work within their team.

Automated work allocation enables work items to be assigned in a number of different ways, including least busy, round robin, to named case owner or by skill level.

Graphical dashboards and reports are included to help managers monitor work load and alert them to potential overloads or risks of missing SLAs.
