Overview of the New Starter Process


This component provides Human Resources / Personnel departments with an end to end process for on-boarding new employees and contractors from the point of identifying the successful candidate through to the end of probation.

  • Email notifications to all involved and reminders for overdue tasks such as induction.
  • Can be integrated with HR and Payroll systems.
  • Check lists at key stages to ensure correct procedures are followed.
  • Web Service lookup for criminal records checking (required subscription to 3rd party service).
  • Admin tool to provide end user access for maintenance of all configurable values, such as locations, departments, Provisioning asset list etc.
